ARRIVING IN AUSTIN
Hotel – D4D takes place at the AT&T Hotel and Conference Center at 1900 University Avenue, Austin, TX 78705
Registration Desk – The D4D registration desk is available on the M1 (lower) level of the AT&T Hotel and Center, 1 floor down from the ER&L Registration Desk.

- SCHED is a planning tool to build your personal session schedule at ER&L in Austin.
- In-person events and room assignments are listed on SCHED.
PHEEDLOOP – Video Archive (Platform Access Available March 3)
- For in-person attendees in Austin, Pheedloop is your access to the video archive for D4D 2023.
PROGRAM/ BUILD MY SCHEDULE
On the D4D 2023 SCHED program (Available now)
- Visit the D4D 2023 SCHED program to peruse live sessions for Monday-Wednesday and identify “Attended Q&A” timeblocks on Thursday.
- SCHED is a planning tool to build your personal session schedule. SCHED is not integrated with the PheedLoop Virtual Event Platform.
- All times will be listed in the Central time zone.
On the PheedLoop Virtual Event Platform (Available March 3)
- Visit the 'Schedule' tab in the left menu. Click the + next to each session you would like added to your schedule.
- To view your personal schedule, go to 'Schedule' –> 'Filter” –> 'Personal Schedule'
- All times will be automatically adjusted to your time zone.
WIFI
Wireless internet access is available to all attendees in the AT&T Center. Our experience is that this bandwidth is robust and at full strength in all locations, including session rooms and the exhibit hall.
FOOD THAT IS INCLUDED
Attendees should be sure to take advantage of breakfasts and the continuous snack and beverage service during the conference. You are welcomed and encouraged to grab the beverages and snacks as needed. Please take a beverage and snack with you for a meeting in the courtyard between the hotel and conference center or in any of the generous seating areas.
