Tracks

The Designing for Digital Conference tracks are updated by our Planning Committee. The 2017 program will span these tracks and subtopics and related areas of interest.


1. Tools & Methods

This track includes testing, accessibility, assessment, usability, tools and techniques, ethnographic research, and project planning.

2. UX in Practice

This track includes content strategy, design thinking, best practices, case studies, works in progress, and project management.

3. Service & Physical Space Design

This track includes holistic approaches to design in libraries, physical design ideas, and cross-channel/omni-channel UX work and strategy.

4. Trends, Emerging Issues, and the Future of UX

This track includes research, thought pieces, and trends analysis of what’s coming, what is happening in other industries and new ways to think about design work.

5. Leadership & Organizational  Strategies

This track includes leading a ux/creative team, providing design leadership to an organization, making the case for UX within organizations, staff development and training, and selling and gaining approval for ideas.
